With two dining rooms and a living room, 2 sundecks, gardens, and a hot tub under the stars on the patio, there's plenty of space for guests. A fridge and microwave is available for guest use, and the proper pot of tea offered at check-in time has won the hearts of many a weary traveller to B.C.

Check-in is generally anytime after 4:00 p.m., with check-out at 10 a.m. We are flexible though.... please just call for variances. Assistance is always available to help you decide what to see and where to go in Victoria and the Vancouver Island area. We will be happy to recommend or book reservations for activities during your stay – Whale watching, fishing, museum and other Victoria attractions or tours.

Smoking is outside only. If you have special requirements for sleeping, diet, or transportation, please let us know, and we'll accommodate you!

Hiroaki and Lorraine have years of experience serving guests, from children to seniors, to those wanting a romantic getaway. Hiroaki's expertise in golf and tennis will be helpful if you are wanting some sport in your travels. Lorraine, being born and raised in Victoria, can give you insight on how to enjoy all that the capital of B.C. has to offer.
