The BC Aviation Museum Society is dedicated to preserving aircraft and aviation artifacts. They collect, restore and display aircraft and artifacts related to the history of aviation in Canada, with emphasis on British Columbia.

This collection of logging and steam-related artifacts, in an array of buildings and exhibits is one of Duncan's favourite attractions, just a 45 minute drive from Victoria.

In addition to exhibits and displays, the museum houses an expanding archive and library, and artifacts pertaining to the history of the naval base at Esquimalt, the Canadian Women Army Corps, the WRCNS and the West Coast Defences.
